About me
What's hiding within you that needs to be rediscovered?
Is there a specific theme that plays out in your life and keeps repeating itself? Do you feel like you've lost your life energy?
Together, I'll explore what's at play in the deeper layers of your mental and spiritual aspects and which patterns you can break to ultimately connect with what's more aligned with your individual life path. Limiting habits and thought patterns are surfaced and transmuted. The client and their needs are central to the therapy.
In a talk therapy session, I'll explore with you what's happening at the subconscious level, relevant to that moment, and which questions or themes arise. During the sessions, I apply various elements, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology (solution-focused therapy) and Jungian depth therapy. We can trace back to the point at which certain thinking errors arose.
We will of course investigate how we can improve them and ultimately awaken your state of well-being. Simply blowing off steam, expressing frustrations, or pouring out your heart is allowed; having a concrete goal in mind beforehand is not needed. Where applicable, sessions can also be dedicated to a philosophical approach to address an issue or problem.
I am a qualified therapist the Netherlands and have five years of professional experience. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, issues related to intimacy, motivation, self-esteem, trust, and depression. I also have experience with compassion fatigue.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor our dialogue and support plan to your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be courageous, and I'm proud of you for starting!
