About me

With 7 years of professional experience in the UK, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate through some of life's most challenging moments. My areas of expertise include assisting clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, as well as fostering motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My background includes significant work with a charity, which has enriched my understanding of diverse issues faced by people from all walks of life.

My approach is rooted in creating a warm, open, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely, without fear of judgment. I believe in the power of a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship as a cornerstone for healing and personal growth. Each client is unique, and I am committed to accommodating their individual needs, ensuring that they feel valued and understood.

Having worked extensively with a wide range of issues, I have developed a deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental stance that allows clients to explore their emotions and experiences openly. Whether dealing with the aftermath of trauma, the complexities of relationships, or struggles with self-esteem and motivation, my goal is to empower clients to find their own paths to healing and fulfilment.

Taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life is an act of courage. I am here to walk alongside you on this journey, offering my support and professional guidance every step of the way. My aim is not only to help you overcome your current challenges but also to equip you with the tools and resilience needed for long-term well-being.

I'm so happy that I found her tbh, she's honestly such a blessing. In the first darn session I had with her, she uncovered something seriously life changing that I didn't even see before, that mind you, completely changed the way I thought and acted. I will genuinely thank this lady till I die.

Getting therapy has been really good for my mental health. Debbie has helped me navigate through my own battles and I am seeing light at the end of tunnels. Not because she is magic (sadly) but because she offers no judgement to find your way through the maze, super supportive, insightful and a good ear.

Debbie you have been and will continue to be an incredibly important person in my quest to improve myself. Always look forward to our sessions even if I do go quiet occasionally.
Could not have felt the change in me without you, thank you!

I have had two sessions with Debbie so far and I’ve found her to be really friendly and professional but also I can tell how knowledgeable she is and how much she cares about helping me. Or at least it feels that way! I’m actually not dreading this journey or worried about judgement
