I am a qualified Humanistic , Integrative Counsellor ( person centred led,) which means working with you, and alongside you to help you find the solutions to your problems. I live in the United Kingdom and offer my service where ever you live in the world, I can work with you if you are experiencing unhappiness, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship problems , childhood trauma, and how this has made you feel as an adult, I can also help if you are coping with grief, and with loss, & with life changes. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I can help you find the solutions to your own problems It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
