Debra has been very accessible, easy to talk to and provides great opportunities for self reflection in ways that I had not thought of before. Being in session with her is a good combination of feeling challenged and listened to without judgement. Would recommend her to anyone seeking to try therapy for the first time.

Debra has been fantastically supportive and insightful during a very difficult chapter for me of grief and major life transition. Kind, perceptive and professional, Debra is what I've been seeking in a counselor (and took a number of sessions with others to find).

I started working with Debra Fader in October and by December, I was a completely different person. She creates and maintains a safe, peaceful, open environment while providing support, advice, and encouragement in every video session we had. I felt that I was actually listened to and validated in a lot of areas I was struggling with. Through her counseling I rediscovered my self worth, learned how to set boundaries, and finally saw myself regain control of my own life. I couldn't be more grateful and proud of the changes she helped me achieve.

Debra is an excellent listener. After talking her ear off for several sessions, I believe we are getting to the core of my depression and anxiety and relating it to my trauma. She is helping me see patterns in my past that no longer serve me which are contributing to my fears and limiting my life.
She is helping me learn new skills to improve the thoughts on which I dwell,
my core beliefs, my relationship habits and my self-worth.
I have a long way to go but I always feel better and more capable and empowered after a session with her. She is kind and understanding. Whenever I tell her, "this is gonna sound crazy" she always helps me feel that -not only is it not crazy- but why it was logical for me to look at it a certain way.
Her calm, capable expertise is a very welcome port in the storm of my life.
