Great sessions

Written on Oct 16, 2026 after therapy with Debra for 2 weeks on issues concerning relationship issues, intimacy-related issues, and sleeping disorders

I’ve been with Debra for over 2 years. In that time not only has Debra been there to listen to me more importantly she has grown to understand me and the challenges I’m facing as I take my journey into finding me. She has became the companion that picks you up when you stumble and encourages you to continue at your own time and pace.

Debra is a very supportive therapist and speaks my kind of language. Somehow she has made me realise things about myself I don’t think I would have discovered on my own. I am sure I have ADHD and have been quite a challenge for her but she’s navigated my over active mind and emotions. Quite a feat! She is very patient thoughtful and compassionate and challenges in a kind way.

Debra is a grounded individual who listens first and then uses her extensive expertise to understand what is really being said. She is effective in identifying the underlying issues which has helped me to find direction. She is resourceful and I am enjoying the exercises she is giving me. I have had only three sessions and I had a breakthrough this week, because of the work we have been doing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to receive guidance from her. This is helping me to learn new skills and awareness to function normally again.

I’m so grateful for Debra, who consistently shows deep understanding, compassion, and genuine humanity in every session. She makes me feel seen as a person, not just a case, and creates a safe space for growth and reflection. What stands out most is her readiness to share or research helpful tools tailored to my emotional and self-development journey. Debra’s support has made a meaningful difference in my life.
