I am licensed in Florida and Virginia with 20 years of clinical experience. I have helped clients with managing life changes including life stage transitions and finding purpose in life as they move toward self actualization. Areas also addressed include anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
