Dhruti was an excellent mentor to have in this mental health journey. Consistently over the past 7 months she has been nothing but helpful, willing to have difficult conversations ask difficult questions, push the limits and ultimately reexamine my worldview, I wish her nothing but the best going forward and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone at any stage within their mental health journey.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my journey, to finally reach peace of mind, was with Dhruti. She’s been comforting from the very first second we spoke, she’s always been very professional and available. Her words and approach in the best and worst days gave me the tools to find a way to take care of myself on my own. I’m happy for the next lucky person that is going to have the chance to sit with her and wish an happy journey to them.

I am extremely grateful to Dhruti Shah. She is very supportive and understanding. She gave me useful solutions to all my problems and I was able to implement it in my life with her guidance. I’ve had the pleasure to have Dhruti as my therapist for the past year which absolutely changed my life.

Identifying as trans, queer and non-monogamous I was very afraid I won’t be able to find a therapist who’ll genuinely listen to my struggles without questioning my life choices and disrespecting my values. Dhruti is more than that. She's consistently showed up to our sessions committed to helping me with my anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges in the most compassionate, open-minded, and overall very professional way, finding tools that I’d personally derive from the most.

I cannot recommend her and her expertise enough! Not to mention, she’s a very kind human who knows exactly when to give you tough love whilst providing words of comfort and reassurance. 10/10!

I am so thankful for dr Shah. She helped me so much with addiction, recovery, self help, not judging others and the importance of mindfulness. This was my first time doing therapy and looking back over the last few months I truly believe this has helped me find a strong footing again in this crazy world.
