over 5 years of working as qualified mental health professional with wide range of clinical experience i now employ overcoming personal brokenness and culture along with evidence based practice to instill hope and inspiration.Promoting their innate ability to heal, find meaning and beauty to their lives has been rewarding . During my clinical practice I combine holistic philosophy of east such as yoga, Mindfulness etc with evidence based counseling techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, person centered therapy along with Psycho-education as required by client.

Dhruti is awesome! She listens to my concerns and helps me work through them. She also doesn't hold back when she has something I need to hear. Which I appreciate. Dhruti has really helped me with viewing situations in a different way and this has gone a long way in building a better relationship with my family and with myself.

My very first session with her she treated me different than any other therapist I’ve seen. She was immediately offering tools and asking questions to get to the root of my issues instead it just letting me ramble for an hour. It was the first time I felt like a therapist actually wanted to help me be the best me that I could be.

She's very kind and she tell it to you straight, which helps me not hide from things be sugar-coated. She gives an open mind on what I am going through and what opposite opinions are on the matter. She is really good therapist that really helped me in my darkest time. Even when people belittled me for what happened in my life she was there to help me. And I appreciate her.
