Diana is an amazing therapist who creates such a safe and supportive environment. They are compassionate, understanding, and truly listen without judgment. I’ve grown so much working with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine support.

Working with Diana has helped me improve my life by decreasing my anxiety & depression. And increased my sense of self by feeling heard, validated, respected & reminded to put myself first.
Working with Diana has been crucial in strengthening my ability to set boundaries, stick to them & to say no. As well as helped me to protect my energy more & conserve it for myself. I have been able to use that energy in fighting to reclaim & rebuild my life after the devastation of divorce, the loss of loved ones, disability, depression, ms, lupus & fibromyalgia .
I am making progress, building momentum & regaining faith in myself, my health & my future.

Wonderful woman, truly a caring soul that wants to help with my personal struggles. Every session feels like hashing out my problems with a friend. Talk therapy at it's best- in my limited opinion

I can’t recommend Diana enough! Truly such a gem and so full of wisdom! Also, if you need a therapist that’s going to be blunt/honest with you (if you’re Autistic or things go over your head a lot of the time like me), then she is the therapist for you. I mean that in the best way possible :) 15/10 I can’t say enough nice things about her!

It’s been a long time since I was comfortable with a therapist. Diana lets me be myself and our conversations never feel scripted. We talk and we come up with a game plan after every session. 12/10 would recommend.
