Working with Diane has been an extremely positive and beneficial experience for me. She is very informative and takes the time to clearly explain concepts in a way that feels practical and easy to apply in real life. One thing I especially appreciate is the quality of the resources she provides. Whether it’s worksheets, coping strategies, or outside materials to reflect on between sessions, everything she shares truly supports my growth and progress.

I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with tools I can actually use. Her guidance has made a meaningful difference in my healing process, and I’m very grateful for the support she offers.

Diane has been a wonderful resource for me. She was able to quickly identify and name an experience I had, and I felt very seen and understood. She also offers lots of suggestions for how I can achieve my current personal goal. I have enjoyed the books and podcast resources she has recommended and have found all of them to be useful. I am grateful I have Diane on my journey.
