About me

I work with clients experiencing previous or on-going trauma, and those simply looking for direction. Whether the change you desire for yourself is large or small, we each have the capacity to live a satisfying and positive life. My approach is a blend of psychodynamic, existential, cognitive behavioral and client-centered. I meet each client where they are and strive to provide an open, accepting and safe space that makes sharing comfortable and a good place to build on strengths and examine new possibilities.

She's great.. calming presence, smooth transitions in talking w her- like she always knows what to say and how to switch gears to the next topic.. she's relatable and lovely. I enjoy venting about my whole life to her and never feel judged, just seen!

So far, sessions with Diane have been very helpful, and I'm glad I found the right therapist for me as I've experienced many therapist where I didn't feel completely at ease. Diane is very atuned and easy to speak to, she makes me confortable and able to open up without feeling that she's doing her job. Therapy gives me the support I really need and some confidence in living my life.

Diane has been fantastic. She actively listens and provides helpful feedback. She is so easy to talk, and I would absolutely recommend her. I had been putting off starting therapy for a long time, but with how much it has helped me in even just a few weeks, I wish I would have started a long time ago.
