About me

I work with clients experiencing previous or on-going trauma, and those simply looking for direction. Whether the change you desire for yourself is large or small, we each have the capacity to live a satisfying and positive life. My approach is a blend of psychodynamic, existential, cognitive behavioral and client-centered. I meet each client where they are and strive to provide an open, accepting and safe space that makes sharing comfortable and a good place to build on strengths and examine new possibilities.

Diane has been fantastic. She actively listens and provides helpful feedback. She is so easy to talk, and I would absolutely recommend her. I had been putting off starting therapy for a long time, but with how much it has helped me in even just a few weeks, I wish I would have started a long time ago.

Diane is great . Very insightful, had an unpleasant past and traumas herself which gives her a solid perspective of what people are going through. She's relatable and remembers me as a patient week to week.
