About me

Hi, I'm Dionne. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, depression, self-worth issues, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach to therapy goes beyond simply managing symptoms. I believe many of our struggles are rooted in deeper core beliefs, attachment wounds, past experiences, and patterns we develop in order to survive difficult seasons of life. Together, we'll work to better understand those patterns, heal the underlying wounds, and help you reconnect with a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and emotionally safe, without judgment or pressure to "have it all together." Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I value authenticity and believe meaningful healing happens when people feel comfortable enough to be real.

I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based work, and deeper schema-core belief work depending on each client's individual needs and goals.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, disconnected from themselves, struggling with overthinking, people pleasing, anxiety, abandonment wounds, or difficulty navigating major life changes. my goal is to help you gain insight, build emotional resilience, develop healthier patterns, and create more pace and stability within your life and relationships.

You do not have to carry everything alone. Healing is possible, and sometimes having the right support can make all the difference.
