Don is a no bs kind of guy! He has helped me through my breakup with a BPD girlfriend, which if you are in the same boat you know very well this is a very turbulent and intense situation to say the least. Donald Owen is a very punctual therapist and treats his clients with respect. He is very skilled and uses holistic approaches that include mindfulness exercises, mood identification and CBT practice. He works with his clients towards their personal goals outside of therapy. He is a wonderful therapist for anyone willing to do the due diligence required to reshape your thoughts and beliefs.

Donald is one of the best men I know of to talk about real life issues. Especially if you’re a father. Don’t let your faith in whatever you believe in stop you. I can't say enough good things about Donald, so I will just say this: He is amazing. He's not judgemental at all, he is a great listener, but he also is a great thinker and has a lot of experience that he is willing to share with you to help with whatever you need. I have seen quite a few counselors in my life and Donald is, by far, the absolute best. You really owe it to yourself to give him a try, you will not regret it!

Donald is a funny, and caring man. It's very hard for me to find a counselor I connect with, but by the end of my first session I was cracking jokes and forgetting it was only my first time meeting him. He always ends every session on a happy mood which is great! Usually I feel exhausted and mentally worn after counseling, and I feel He can tell when I need a mental break to take a step back and think about something else then come back to where I was. He's very skilled and encouraging! He makes the atmosphere a great welcome and comfortable safe place. He is definitely a man that brings an amazing name to the app!!
