Don is very easy to talk to. Has a lot of experience and this shows in his way of directing your thoughts to issues buried deeper than you thought.
He has a very natural way of getting me to say what ever is on my mind and just helping me keep the "flow" going. Would recommend him for anyone starting therapy.

Don has been through many of the same issues that I've been through over the past 38 years as caregiver to my disabled wife, who recently passed away, just one month short of our 38th wedding anniversary. So he understands the trials and stressors involved in long-term caregiving better than most. He has a very calming presence and a warm, comforting, demeanor. You can't teach that.

I only wish BetterHelp.com supported his efforts with a much better website infrastructure to support stable video, (or even audio), sessions.
