About me

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Missouri providing counseling regarding emotional, relational, career, and spiritual concerns. While my passion is marriage counseling, I have worked well with individual adults, teens, children, and families. It has been my privilege to work with a variety of ages regarding marriage/family/parenting concerns, peer pressure, anger management, anxiety disorders, learning disabilities, social awkwardness, bullying, self-esteem, depression, motivation, grief, moral character, life calling, and career exploration. I work from a Family Systems Theory perspective that integrates well with various modalities. I have been trained in play therapy and Cognitive/Behavioral techniques that are highly effective with children. It is my goal to have a positive impact on others by challenging them to reach for their highest potential in life.
