Duncan is attentive and skillful and willing to help you tackle your challenges in the way that's best for you. He's prompt and he follows up with you and helps you keep track of your progress. He'll also help you work with your other healthy goals and how to keep track of any symptoms, and what to look out for in changes with your medications so that you can have more meaningful conversations with your healthcare providers.
He also asks you to dive deeper with self care and integrity to have more meaningful conversations with yourself, and what a satisfying relationship with yourself means to you.
He's a great therapist and he has a stake in your life satisfaction and successes.
He has worked with people from all walks of life and understands cross-cultural issues, childhood issues, neurodivergence, navigating adulthood, and aging.
I would definitely recommend this therapist to anyone else who wants to put work into their goals and really see the fruits of all of their efforts.
