Dwayne is outstanding at what he does. I have never felt judged and feel open sharing absolutely anything. He gives me a mix of implementable solutions and tools to solve my own problems. He gives me amazing context into why I am reacting to things a certain way and how to address that. I could not recommend him more highly.

Dwayne provided me with very helpful council. He is a good listener and gave me tools that helped me navigate the challenges I have with anxiety and depression. He made me feel comfortable during our sessions. He used a good measure of both clinical and spiritual methods.

Dwayne has been very helpful. I was on the verge of having a breakdown, feeling distressed, depressed and overall not myself. Dwayne helped me to focus on the issues, gave me an exercise to help me make decisions and helped me take the time to realize what's important and what I want my life to be. Now it's time to walk the walk. Thank you Dwayne for your to the point and direct counseling. I look forward to following up as I go through this next stage.

This is the first time I looked forward and enjoy my therapy sessions. In the past I always dreaded it but now I love it and can really see the difference in my week. Thank you Mr. Kilgore for always listening and being flexible with your time. Very much appreciated.

Be ready for an impactful but meaningful conversation. He might not be for the light of heart but he will get to the meat and bones of what ails you.

It is refreshing to find a provider with whom one can look forward to working with, despite the circumstances of having to come into therapy, and feel confident that they are familiar with your condition as well as the treatments and techniques used to promote recovery. It is also reassuring to know that your provider is familiar with the experts in that particular area of mental health; that was a new experience.good

As a Christian man still growing in my walk with God, Dwayne has helped me onto a path of reflection and discovery about the real truth of my relationships. How God sees and loves me, how I serve and love the Lord, and how this dynamic is reflected in my marriage, parenting, and fellowship with others. I am early in my transformation but am encouraged by Dwayne's honest questions of how and whether I truly love the Lord my God with all my heart, mind, and soul. I would recommend Dwayne to anyone looking to start the journey toward the authentic person that God designed them to be.

A really warm kind guy! I instantly felt like he cared about me and my situation! I would love for him to be my husband's counselor, I just don't feel comfortable having a male counselor.
