From the very first session, we felt safe and accepted. He creates a calm, judgment-free environment that makes it easier to open up and do the work. His empathy is genuine, and his advice is thoughtful, insightful and incredibly helpful.

I'm usually not a fan of traditional "talk therapy" platforms—I tend to process things better through writing. But sometimes you genuinely need a solid sounding board. Dwight Ballard has easily been my favorite therapist yet. Maybe it's the Liam Neeson vibes (calm, steady, reassuring), but more likely it's his remarkable ability to listen actively and respond meaningfully. He consistently makes me feel comfortable, confident, and, importantly, less crazy when the world around me feels anything but sane. His empathy is genuine, and his suggestions and treatment plans feel practical—like they might actually work in the real world. Highly recommended.

Dwight is easy to talk to. He seems to keep good notes because he will reference things I’ve said in previous meetings. This leaves me feeling connected to the process. I am grateful to share my healing journey with him.

Very much enjoy talking to Dwight. He provides a casual setting where I feel comfortable and helps me see perspectives and understand my feelings, as well as how to deal with them
