I have 25 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice, virtually online, and I offered individual therapy to nursing home and assisted living residents.

Elaine is a fantastic therapist. I've tried a couple other therapists that I didn't click with and I felt like they were judging me. Elaine is absolutely wonderful, she is compassionate, a great listener, she understands what you are going through, and she gently guides you to finding your own answers within yourself. She is caring and supportive no matter what, and I feel like I can tell her anything (which I thought would be really hard for me, but she makes it easy). Elaine and her warm nature have helped me realize there is nothing wrong with me. I always feel better after my sessions with Elaine and I highly recommend her.

Better help did an amazing job placing me with Elaine. I was so unsure how everything would play out , that I put off checking into counseling for a month.
