Elsa has been a great deal of help. Our sessions have gotten me throuhh some rough days. She has listened and given me direction. She has been a breath of fresh air. Just being able to release has helped me get through the day

Elisa is an incredibly intelligent and nuanced therapist, which is great for someone who feels that they have a sufficient amount of self-awareness while also realizing there is use for a professional to provide a structured, dogmatic approach to indefinable feelings of grief and loss.

Elisa was so wonderful! She helped me in a time of crisis for me, and really helped me notice a few things about myself I can now be aware of, and work on. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, asked questions, made me feel comfortable and heard, plus was genuinely nice. I went the phone call route, since easier to talk in my car at lunch. I am so thankful we were matched up. I would definitely recommend Elisa!
