Elizabeth is very gentle, kind and listened to my concerns. As well as listening to my problems, she also gave me sound advice , little things to help change with hope. She gives holistic approach based on christian values which I prefer. Its extremely helpful so far.

Liz is such a positive person to speak to. I love her energy and vibe. I immediately felt comfortable enough to share with her my deepest thoughts and she is always welcoming in every session. I feel like i am talking to my sister when i speak to her and i highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with anxiety and overthinking because she always helps you feel that your problems aren’t as big as you are 😂❤️ I was able to reflect a lot just by listening to her questioning style and advice. I appreciate her taking our sessions slowly and it isn’t overwhelming. Wishing her all the best in her pursuit of helping others ❤️

Elizabeth is very thoughtful, empathetic and a good listener. She gave me time to talk and listened to what I had to say.
Her expertise was invaluable and very useful. I found her very supportive when I was at the verge of breaking down. Thank you Elizabeth.

I’m truly grateful for Elizabeth (“Liz”) and the support she has given me throughout my healing journey (i will get there🙏). She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel heard and understood, especially while navigating betrayal trauma, anxiety, and OCPD traits🥰.
Liz has a calm and grounded presence that helps me regulate when I feel overwhelmed😌. She asks thoughtful questions that gently guide me toward insight instead of forcing conclusions. I appreciate how she balances empathy with practical tools, especially exercises that I now use in daily life.
Healing hasn’t been easy, but with Liz’s guidance, I’ve learned to be more self-aware, compassionate toward myself🥹, and steady during emotional triggers😌. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in their growth.
