I am licensed in Connecticut with 30 years of professional work experience as both a school counselor and a private therapist. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, parenting issues, & coping with life changes. I also have experience with young people , especially adolescents. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will adapt our sessions and work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
