I always look forward to our sessions, and feel better afterwards. Regardless if I’m laughing or crying depending on the subject. Two thumbs up

Elizabeth has been a godsend, I started working with her for minor concerns originally but she has been there for me while I’ve been going through the most traumatic experience in my life so far. She’s caring and I wish we could speak more

I really enjoy talking to Elizabeth. She is calm and understanding. I trust her and feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and worries with her. Her recommendations and suggestions are so helpful as she looks for the underlying causes of stress and anxiety and talks about ways to regulate the mind and body as a holistic approach to solving problems. I always look forward to our next session.
