About me

Hello! Hello! Thanks for taking time to find out more about me. I would love to share in your journey with you. I am a licensed professional counselor, psychotherapist and life and wellness coach. My practice has been very eclectic throughout the years. I have worked with family issues, stress/anxiety, depression and grief but many more in my practice! Life is not always easy and there are just times that you might feel sadness, being scared with anxiety or just confusion. I want to be with you through those struggles and let's work on a plan to not only feel better but to be better.

I will help you by providing coping mechanisms and strategies for a path you will follow to get better each day! I work on the whole person not just one or two parts of you. Good mental health is so important and I want to be the person who helps you get to a great place in your life where you can smile and move forward! It would be my honor to work with you. Thanks again for reaching out!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Prof. Elizabeth Tsahiridis. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Prof. Tsahiridis has helped me so much. I don't think one review can cover it. She has helped me really feel like myself again after a lot of really bad things happened and I've gotten my health back in order. But I've also through talking with her realizing things and noticing things about myself. I have been able to build back a life that I am happy to have. And I finally feel like there's a future that I didn't really see before because she helped me with perspective and tools and things I could do and think about in different ways. I can't thank her enough!!! She truly is the best!
