About me

Hello! Thanks for taking time to find out more about me. I would love to share in your journey with you. I am a licensed professional counselor, psychotherapist and life coach. My practice has been very eclectic throughout the years. I have worked with family issues, stress/anxiety, depression and grief but many more in my practice! Life is not always easy and there are just times that you might feel sadness, being scared with anxiety or just confusion. I want to be with you through those struggles and let's work on a plan to not only feel better but to be better.

I can tell you with coping mechanisms and strategies for a path you will follow to get better each day! I work on the whole person not just one or two parts of you. Good mental health is so important and I want to be the person who helps you get to a great place in your life where you can smile and move forward! It would be my honor to work with you. Thanks again for reaching out!

I'm grateful for Liza and how she talks me through determining what I want in life that would bring me the most joy. We've been talking for over a year and through our frequent conversations I'm happy that she knows me well enough to give me advice that applies to me.
