About me

Hello! Hello! Thanks for taking time to find out more about me. I would love to share in your journey with you. I am a licensed professional counselor, psychotherapist and life and wellness coach. My practice has been very eclectic throughout the years. I have worked with family issues, stress/anxiety, depression and grief but many more in my practice! Life is not always easy and there are just times that you might feel sadness, being scared with anxiety or just confusion. I want to be with you through those struggles and let's work on a plan to not only feel better but to be better.

I will help you by providing coping mechanisms and strategies for a path you will follow to get better each day! I work on the whole person not just one or two parts of you. Good mental health is so important and I want to be the person who helps you get to a great place in your life where you can smile and move forward! It would be my honor to work with you. Thanks again for reaching out!

Excellent professionalism combined with the proper amount of empathy and compassion. I enjoy the way therapy is constantly readapting to my current needs and concerns as they evolve and is not rigid.

If you had an in-person therapist before, prepare to have your mind blown by the amount of communication that you get from Liz. She is what most therapists should strive to be, confident, patient, never says I told you so, and most of all she gives you 100% and if she doesn’t have it in her, she’ll tell you and ask if you can have your session earlier or another day. 10/10 best experience of your life so long as your willing to try
