It’s been a couple of weeks so far and she has encouraged me and helped a lot. And doesn’t hesitate to tell me if there are better ways to do things, which I appreciate.

I have only been in therapy with Elizabeth Windley for approximately a little less than a month, but I have felt More comfortable with her each time that we have met. I have never had a sense of feeling judged or intimidated. She seems very down to earth and with a caring and respectful attitude and approach. This means a lot to me especially when I choose to be vulnerable and trying to establish trust. I feel positive energy with her . Thank you

I always look forward to my sessions with Elizabeth. It never feels like therapy. It feels like just talking with a friend and getting advice. Elizabeth has a way about her that even those hard to talk about topics, the ones that have been suppressed for a very long time, are easier to cope with and I can look at them from different angles and start the work I need to I’m order to get through them. She responds quickly to messages and checks on me in time of my need. I’m extremely happy to have found such a great therapist.
