I have been so comfortable talking about my frankly quite crazy thoughts with Emma. She has always made me feel at ease and I feel like I’m working through my anxiety to achieve a normal life at last!

Emma is fantastic! She has a natural air about her that helps me feel comfortable and safe opening up. Her insights and approach further show her solid expertise. For the first time in years, I feel hopeful.

I’ve seen a couple therapists over the years, but Emma is probably my favourite! She’s compassionate and a good listener, but she also asks the right questions to get me to dig deeper and understand my thoughts, behaviours and feelings. I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress with her.
