Emma Farrimond, BACP
About me
I am licensed in the UK with over 14 years of professional work experience. I have a background in the private sector delivering time-limited EAP counselling services. I also have experience in the third sector providing counselling across a range of voluntary organizations, particularly in the areas of bereavement and domestic violence. As well as setting up and running a SureStart counselling service for parents and carers of children under 5 years old. Additionally, I have run my own private practice since 2014.
Furthermore, I have experience helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, building motivation, low self-esteem, increasing confidence levels, time management skills & decision-making. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I deliver counselling sessions via the modality of Live Chat sessions. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first steps to begin therapy can really take enormous amounts of courage, and I am proud of you for getting started! I look forward to working with you :-)
