About me

Hello and welcome! I’m Eneida Bridges, LCSW.
I help adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or trauma find healing and balance in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by the past. Together, we work toward building healthier coping strategies, restoring confidence, and creating space for meaningful change.

Using a trauma-informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and regain control over your story. Whether you’re navigating everyday stress, the impact of trauma, or major life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your goals. My role is to guide and support you, while helping you build the tools you need for long-lasting relief and resilience.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
