Ericka has been nothing but helpful for me. I was on the fence about starting therapy again because I have not had helpful therapist in the past she has given me the skills I needed to cope with things that I didn’t even know I was struggling to cope with. Thank you Ericka for your help. She leans into what I value and believe well also being truthful to help me.

I got to work with Ericka for about 12 weeks, and we had flipped so much around in my head it was a huge wave of relief. I paused my membership after reaching a great point with her and am coming back for a check in, just because I trust her and appreciate her help.
