About me

My name is Erin Callan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NC 16020), National Board-Certified Counselor (613973). Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist (CCATP 334349) and Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP 120323).

I take a strength-based/solution-based approach to helping my clients. I like to focus on clients’ strengths, resilience as a person, and client’s positive traits to address past issues and current issues.

I like to use all these factors and use them to stay in the "here and now" and focus on how we can work as a team and develop coping skills and solutions.
