About me

People often describe me as accepting, empathetic, and real — with a sense of humor that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals My approach blends humor, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns (like cognitive distortions) and promote self-acceptance. Whether you’re hoping to manage stress, improve relationships, or reconnect with your sense of worth, I offer a safe, affirming space to do meaningful work — and maybe even share a laugh along the way.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting men’s issues, women’s issues, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. No matter who you are or what you’re facing, I aim to help you uncover your strengths and build confidence in your authentic self.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If something here resonates with you, send me a message — I’d be happy to talk about how we can work together.
