Erin White, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in understanding the deeper patterns that shape how we communicate, connect with others, and relate to ourselves.
I'm particularly skilled at helping clients work through guilt, shame, and abandonment wounds, as well as supporting those healing from trauma and posttraumatic stress. I also specialize in addressing control issues and isolation, and I'm committed to helping clients find pathways toward forgiveness and self-compassion.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I meet each client where they are, honoring their unique values and beliefs—whether faith-based or secular. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported without judgment.
If you're considering therapy, I want you to know that reaching out takes real courage. I'm here to walk alongside you with care, respect, and genuine commitment to your growth.
