I’m pleased with how quickly Ms. Tennefo’s put me at ease talking with her. I’m using her relaxation techniques pretty regularly and they are definitely helping. She is a very good match with what I was looking for in a therapist.

Ernestine has been wonderful. She is a Christian and leads me and prays for me. I can't say enough about her. I am thankful God placed her in my life at the right time.

Ernestine was such an amazing help. She has been incredibly encouraging and supportive. She provided me with multiple outlets to process my grief and consistently reached out to check in and offer support. She respected my thoughts and believes and was a great listener. I cannot recommend her enough. Incredibly supportive, uplifting, encouraging, and genuinely concerned about my wellbeing.

She has a calming spirit and is wonderful at listening. Ernestine has helped me with worksheets that coincide with what I’m working on. I feel understood and heard with her. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who shares biblical principles.

She has been a blessing. A calm that I didn't know that I was needing. She works with me and is uplifting. I know that I have a ways to go and I do believe I was blessed with Ernie for a reason.
