With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I currently serve as a Clinical Director at one of the nation’s leading treatment centers and am licensed to practice in both Florida and New Jersey. My work is grounded in a person-centered, solution-focused approach that helps individuals gain clarity around their current challenges and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. I believe individual therapy is one of the most valuable investments a person can make, as it fosters deeper emotional insight, self-awareness, and the ability to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
