These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Eva María Ortiz Elizondo . We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Started a few months back and was a train wreck. After a few sessions with Eva my life started taking a shift for the positive. I love having Eva to talk to and help me work through my issues! She’s literally the greatest decision I’ve made in about ten years and I couldn’t be prouder
Eva has been absolutely amazing. So helpful and I would really recommend her to others!
Eva is responsive, respectful, and caring. She listens and responds thoughtfully. She’s been teaching me to reframe some of the thoughts I have and gives suggestions in a non-pushy, non-judgmental way. She understands generational trauma, cultural norms, and is able to help me process the underlying causes of my anxiety. She’s easy to talk to and most importantly, I trust she always has my best interest in mind.
Love getting her insights on different situations. Very proactive in trying to help work on issues. She’s empathetic and is easy to work with!
Eva is wonderful! I was so happy to get matched with a Latina therapist. Its difficult to find a therapist in the first place, and more so one that you feel can understand your background. Eva has helped me during a time of career/job change, and validated all that I was going through. I really appreciate her listening and conversation, in that we develop tasks for myself even if its writing it down in my journal or taking a walk. Its because I feel accountable that I have been able to do these things the majority of the time and credit them to assisting me in making progress and being able to manage my anxiety.
Great people skills
Eva is a wonderful therapist!!! That "Completely Disagree" answer was a mistake. She checks in, very compassionate and is very active in the process of my health and well-being. She obviously cares and I don't feel like I'm just another client. She almost feels what I feel and she's very empathetic about my situation and concerns. I was going to just try one more month and end my subscription but Eva has been heaven sent and well worth it. I never thought therapy was something I would do but I truly have made progress because of Eva! I am beyond thrilled I found her!!
She’s very helpful
