About me

Hello, I’m Fashen.

I help women process the emotional impact of growing up in dysfunctional households. These experiences can affect self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and the ability to cope with overwhelming emotions. Many of the women I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or unhealthy relationship patterns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.

I also provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for women processing grief related to a terminated pregnancy/abortion. This is a deeply personal experience, and you deserve a space where you can process it openly and at your own pace.

My approach is warm, direct, and supportive. I focus on helping you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident in your relationships, and more connected to yourself.

***At this time, I only have weekend availability for sessions/appointments.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Fashen Wilson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I greatly appreciate her approach. It's hard to prioritize therapy and the work is not easy. But Fashen makes it easy to navigate the process.
