About me

I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's transitions and challenges. With experience working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues, I bring both clinical skill and genuine care to our work together.

I understand that seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and I'm honored to walk alongside you. My approach is grounded in respect for your unique perspective, values, and identity. Whether you're processing life changes, working through relationship dynamics, or building greater self-compassion, I'm here to create a space where you feel heard and supported.

I believe in meeting clients where they are—honoring their backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences—while offering thoughtful guidance rooted in evidence-based practices. My goal is to help you develop greater insight, resilience, and clarity as you move forward.

Taking that first step toward healing takes courage, and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to support your journey.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Favour Bartholomew. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have only met with her once, but she is extremely attentive, calming and helpful. She also reaches out to check on me, which is nice because it is easy to get away from therapy and I KNOW I need it! Highly recommend!

Her name is Favour—she truly brings God’s kindness to life. … she is the embodiment of Gods Favour. I knew she was a great fit for me within the first moments of our first interaction. She signed on to our video chat with the biggest smile! She was warm and friendly and easy to talk to and gave me the real grounded insight and clarity I needed and ended it with prayer. (This was something that I mentioned is important to me). Favour is the first and only therapist I’ve ever had who took the time to check in on me. She has such a caring heart—that’s really special.

Talking with Favour is like talking with a friend or a sister. Which is something I strongly appreciate because it makes me feel comfortable and open up easier. She listens and sometimes thats all you need. Her solutions are very helpful and she breaks down the issues you are having.
