Fiona has helped me a lot navigating my anxiety at the workplace as a neurodivergent. It was an eye opener going through the sessions with her. I felt very much seen and heard - she knew exactly what I was going through and helped me understand myself better. She’s also very respectful and understanding of my background and culture that may be different from others. Highly recommend!
