Her insight has been timely and spot on every single time. Her empathy is felt so strongly and it creates a safe space for sharing some of the most vulnerable and scary inner thoughts. She is very good at what she does and I'm very grateful to have been placed with her.

Fiona is a thoughtful, caring, sincere therapist. She listens and does not judge. She relates and finds resources for me to help me to be successful in my journey. She doesn’t insert herself into my pain or my issues; she guides carefully. I feel as though I can trust her, even though this is virtual, I believe that she has my best interest at heart. She holds me accountable, but in a loving and caring way. She listens intently and takes really good notes and I appreciate that we were matched. I was, of course leery at first, but she helped me to get over my doubts in a non-threatening, non-abrasive, delicate way.
