Francis has showed me the way to cultivate healthy love in all my relationships and especially toward myself. I love his ability to reframe intergenerational negative thought patterns and extract the rich kernels of wisdom present in all experiences. He has offered me so much relief from a lifetime of shame regarding my sexuality and gender, and guided me to a path toward freedom to be my authentic self. I will never forget this revolutionary year in my life under the support of Francis.

Francis has been such a wonderful guidance in navigating my difficult family dynamics and intergenerational trauma. He is very insightful and smart. He helped me so much in understanding not only my own trauma, but also my family's. I have healed and learned so much. I am so grateful to have him as my therapist. I recommend him to anyone who needs a sound voice of empathy and reason.
