About me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Texas, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating personal, relaltional and life challenges. I’m comfortable with individuals and couples. My approach integrates compassionate, evidence-based strategies to help clients address depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I understand the unique pressures men face and offer targeted support for stress, life transitions, and personal growth.

My therapeutic practice focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients can explore communication challenges, social anxiety, and personal healing. I'm committed to helping individuals develop meaningful coping strategies, work through guilt and shame, and rediscover their sense of purpose.

Drawing from extensive clinical experience, I provide nuanced support for diverse challenges including relationship difficulties, midlife transitions, and recovery from past traumas. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, develop healthier patterns, and create positive change in their lives.

If you're looking to obtain and implement new skills that activate change, the best way is homework exercises that reinforce what we talk about 😉.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Frank Centonze. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I’ve only met with Frank once so far as I had an urgent health concern arise that pushed back an appointment. He is extremely experienced, kind and non-judgmental. I was very nervous about starting therapy for the first time and unsure of what to do, but he has put me at ease and I feel safe in this process.

Written on Oct 28, 2025 after therapy with Frank for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, eating disorders, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue
