Freddie is a great listener and has a strong understanding of the challenges I have with my husband.

Mr. Freddie is great at listening throughly to the concerns and not making any fast/quick judgments. He also remains neutral so that you can conclude on your own how to solve the problem.

I was not having a good day. After my session I felt heard and understood, empowered, and in the past I've left therapy sessions thinking why did I bother... However, this was my first session with Mr. Wilson and it wasn't just the typical "robotic" conversation. The session flowed organically which helped put me at ease and I did not feel as if someone was looking at my brain through a microscope. It was really meaningful and helped me understand myself better. I have scheduled my next session and I'm looking forward to committing to this journey with this therapist. I am very grateful for Mr. Wilson and I see the value in continuing to seek his services.

Freddie is very intelligent, kind, compassionate, and supportive. He listens and remembers saved is able to reframe what seems negative into something positive. After my sessions I feel more capable of moving forward in life and more hopeful about the future. It helps to feel understood and to have someone give honest feedback on your mindset and thoughts and to not be judgemental about past trauma.
Freddie is very good at seeing the good, positive, helpful, and potential in what I only perceive as problems or bad experiences. After hearing his alternate perception options, I can see differently andI feel differently about situations instead of perceiving everything as negative and hopeless.

If you need a compassionate, listening ear to share your trauma, thoughts and experiences with, in a safe, nonjudgmental environment, Freddie is definitely the one to go to. He is a very experienced therapist and can draw upon that experience to ask the questions and insert the wisdom needed at just the right times to move progress forward.

I'm very glad I was matched with him and I feel it's helped immensely in even a few sessions to get his insight and perspective on my experiences. His practical tips and encouragement has helped me hang in there during a very difficult time of change in my life.

I cannot recommend him enough; If you need a kind, calm, understanding therapist, and you feel no one will understand you or listen, I hope you will take a chance to connect with him when he is available.
