Gabrielle Panzo, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With several years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. I also have specialized training in ADHD-related challenges.
My approach centers on helping you build self-compassion, improve communication, and develop meaningful connections with yourself and others. I work with young adults and individuals experiencing social anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, attachment challenges, mood disorders, and seasonal affective patterns. I'm also trained to support those managing self-harm and paranoia with care and without judgment.
I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported. My style is collaborative and person-centered—I'm here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth. I'm honored to be part of your journey.
