How about a conversation?
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been servicing the mental health profession for more than 25 years. I see counseling as a process in which you the client, and I, the Therapist as having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work in a systematic fashion toward realizing those goals.
I approach counseling from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective in that patterns of thought and action are explored in order to better understand the clients’ problems and develop solutions. I work with clients in a variety of formats, including individually and as families. I meet with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Over the course of my career, I have developed a skill set directly relevant to providing direct clinical services to clients optimizing multi-modal therapies in conjunction with individual, couples, family, and group sessions. I have gained my experience by working in the following settings: residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospitals, mental health rehabilitation agencies, and in the public and charter school systems.
My hope is to continue servicing the community. I would like to be the catalyst that assists with mending feelings and allowing individuals to cope with their truth.

Gail gives off a warm presence that makes you feel comfortable to trust and speak. She also provides resources and tools to cope with anxiety and hardship of life.
Ms Gail has been such a treasure to me these last 9 months. I'm learning and growing so much from the inside out with the tools she has given me.
Gail is absolutely wise, thorough, respectful and offers an incredibly calm new view on situations!
Ms. Gail has been wonderfully helpful. She set goals for us to accomplish and would always check in with me. She helped me gain insight and a different perspective to look at while simultaneously helping me work through my issues. She was always upbeat and positive but not in an overbearing way. I loved connecting with her and talking with her was like talking to an old friend (though I still recognized her as my counselor, she was just that easy to talk to). I would always look forward to our sessions. After some time and after working through most of my goals, I would leave my sessions feeling refreshed and energized. Ms. Gail is a wonderful, knowledgeable counselor.
Gail has been very helpful for my personal happiness and overall mindset. She sets goals for me to work on between sessions, she gives great feedback during sessions, and she checks in with me between our calls to make sure I’m on track. I am really thankful for her level of care and commitment to my progress.
She always responds to my messages fast, and she is encouraging me to stand of for myself, that people will respect me for it. She wants me to get out and be social with people but social distance, just make small conversation so that I can come out of my shell a little.
