Garry is very helpful for me.and he actively listens. I get that he sees me. There is continuity in our sessions and I feel improvement when we have talked. He is genuinely interested in my care, and that is enormous!

Garry is incredibly understanding, reflective and supportive. He does not judge and provides the best way to take steps forward, even when you feel like you cannot. I cannot recommend enough.

From the beginning, Garry made me feel heard. I've started to think about aspects of my life from a new perspective, and even though it's early days in my journey, he's given me some profound realisations. Garry’s empathetic and insightful approach has been comforting in a difficult-to-start process. I recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate, wonderful (and even a little eccentric) counsellor.
