About me

I am licensed in California with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, career difficulties, coping with life changes, mentoring college students & supervising new therapists. I volunteered as a Research Assistant at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and completed Addiction Studies & Counseling at UCLA. I completed graduate school at Antioch University in Los Angeles, obtaining a master's degree in clinical psychology. People often experience tremendous anxiety, fear and uncertainty that can cause confusion, depression and anger. Therapy allows the patient to explore strategies that allow a return to a normal level of functioning, as thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
