I have only had a few sessions with Gary, however I can tell he is a great therapist and is very good at his job in that short time. I’m very thankful for his outlook and real world advice. His approach is authentic and you can tell he loves what he does. Which is rare now in days. 10/10 would recommend Gary to anyone and I look forward to continuing my journey with him.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. He creates an environment where you feel comfortable being completely honest without fear of judgment, which makes a huge difference when working through difficult personal struggles.
What truly sets Gary apart is his ability to identify the root issues rather than just focusing on surface-level symptoms. He listens deeply and asks thoughtful questions that help connect patterns, emotions, and experiences in a way that brings real clarity and growth. There were times I felt overwhelmed or unsure how to explain what I was experiencing, yet Gary was able to help me understand what was really going on underneath it all.
His approach feels genuine, patient, and insightful. You can tell he truly cares about helping people heal and move forward in a healthy way. I have gained a much better understanding of myself through our sessions, and I’m extremely grateful for the support, guidance, and perspective he has provided.
