Gaining insight into my feelings and where they come from has made a huge difference in how I relate to myself. I know there’s more to work on, but it feels doable.

Gayle has been immensely helpful in helping me to untangle how certain things that I tend to think of as discrete are actually interrelated. She has also offered immensely supportive validation and and insight into how my neuro diversity influences my wellbeing, as well as providing simple supportive approaches to make life feel a little easier.

I have been trying to find a suitable therapist for almost 3 years and had almost given up hope until I met Gayle. I’m so glad I persisted. She is able to hold me accountable to myself, whilst remaining compassionate and without judgement.

Gayle is a marvellous and inspiring therapist. I can hear in the frequencies of her voice that she feels compassion strongly, that she uses her intellect as a positive force in the world for higher states of wisdom in the subject: I only have good things to say about her professional practice. I feel cared for, heard, seen, encouraged. When I say something that is amiss, Gayle is kind and patient to challenge my perception: this means I grow and develop. I am ever grateful to be working with her and would recommend her therapy to anyone wishing to grow.
