It is an absolute pleasure to work with Gaynor. I can't speak more highly of her approach. She's personable, warm and really listens and digs into the underlying elements that makes you see things in a new light. I have grown so much since I started working with her. She has helped me gain new perspectives and to see the challenges I was facing for what they really were. I feel like a new person!

Genuinely unrivaled in her approach to therapy, Gaynor has consistently been a steadfast supporter and in some ways a professional confidant for most of the afflictions and conditions I have found myself in. There is no magic antidote to most of life's problems but talking things through with Gaynor and being able to establish truth through all the distractions and chaos has proven to be a close second. Thank you for your service and I am grateful for all the work we have done together!

Gaynor is phenomenal! Her tact for listening and guiding is impressive. The growth I have observed in myself through my therapy has been an incredible experience.

What can I say about Gaynor Butler, amazing. I have never done or went to therapy before, so evidently I was nervous. That first call I was panicking, because that’s what I do. But when she picked and I heard her clear and cheerful voice, I relaxed. It was an amazing experience and opportunity to have worked with Gaynor. I was lucky as she was the first therapist I matched. She has truly helped me understand how I operate, thought me that what I want is okay, and that I shouldn’t have to make myself uncomfortable to suit other people’s need. What I trying to say is that Gaynor Butler has made me lighter in the best way, I have noticed how I have changed from the first session to our last and I am truly grateful. I know that I deserve respect and that I shouldn’t feel bad to demand respect, she taught how to stand up for myself (still working on it), compared to the years of just accepting behaviour. I’m just grateful that what I can say. Thank you soo much Gaynor truly.
