Gaynor is absolutely wonderful. 10/10, 5 stars, 100%,✓, however you want to rate. Empathetic and compassionate while still able to help me recognize my own issues. Gives real useable tools to navigate daily life.
I'm a 50 year old female, mother of a trans teen, severe ADHD, high stress lifestyle, childhood trauma, past addiction issues, dysfunctional extended family, possibly on the autism spectrum.

It is wonderful to have a safe space to totally be free to work out life challenges and discuss goals, as things change. It is helpful to have suggested action steps from Gaynor to help push me push through the rough patches.
