About me

I am a person-centred counsellor based in the UK, with over four years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

At the heart of my work is the person-centred approach, which values empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard, accepted, and supported.

Therapy can be a powerful space for reflection and growth, especially when you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, loss, life transitions, or a general sense of being stuck, I will walk alongside you without judgment or pressure.

Our sessions will be guided by what matters most to you, rather than a fixed agenda. My aim is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, reconnecting with your own inner resources, and moving toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I adhere to the ethical standards set out by the BACP, and offer a professional, compassionate service tailored to you. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here to support you—gently, respectfully, and at your pace.

I was searching for a gentle therapist because I‘m already pretty harsh on myself in my head and life recently just feels like too many challenges, too much negativity. I needed a safe space and supportive guidance. It’s been a while since I had a habit of regular self-reflection and I think our sessions help me primarily with that, at least for now, don’t know how it will develop further. He helps me to figure out what I‘m feeling and what the issues are without pushing anything specific on me. It is not a quick process but I already had 1-2 little victories where I finally figured out something and then it helped me to handle the problem in real life better.
