Life seems to continuously present challenges that seem overwhelming and difficult. Sometimes they catch up with you creating a stuck feeling. You find yourself taking side roads looking for relief while developing unhealthful coping skills to manage. Asking for help is always difficult, yet here you are taking a risk and reaching out.
My belief is that most people already have within them what they need to meet life challenges. You need a therapeutic approach and support to find your inner strengths, focus and desired outcome. I will meet you where you are at, provide a calm, nonjudgmental safe space. I will help you learn to quiet your mind, live in the moment, be present for your life and identify the tangible steps you need to take to achieve your desired goals.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Geraldine Leary. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Geri is wonderful at what she does and she does it very well. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help.
Outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and support. I am extremely happy to have had her as my therapist and help me figure things out. Cannot recommend enough!
Amazing and so helpful!
This is my first time with a therapist and I’ve struck gold with Geri. She listens and asks the right questions. I look forward to our weekly sessions. Thank you
She is very personable, knowledgeable and very competent at her job. Very wise lady
Geraldine is great. She really helped me and listened and had some great ideas that helped.
Geraldine was certainly a wonderful match for me. She helped me through a particular struggle by providing a thoughtful, alternative perspective to what I was thinking. She is intelligent, engaging and experienced. I am very grateful.
Clearly describes what she appreciates and what is helpful in working with me. Provides a rather understanding experience, even for seemingly silly or simple problems.
Unlike others, she seems to care about providing a response and seemed to show genuine interest in my situation.
She is a compassionate listener.
